Gracing the north shore of Victoria Harbour, the marina will consist of two symmetrical one-storey buildings that will sit either side of a 52 slip marina. The stunningly creative architecture of the buildings will capture the ambience of a sleek yacht setting out to sea, with sweeping bows, squared off sterns, and solid stainless steel rigging. From above, the view of the unique rooflines will be reminiscent of a stylized yacht propeller.
The marina slips cater to a variety of boat sizes, with about half the marina catering to vessels 65 - 70 feet in length. There are then slips ranging from 79 feet to 125 feet, with one 135 foot side tie and a 131 foot side tie holding dock.
